Leonie Hanne’s Red Carpet Look by Milla Nova

Leonie Hanne, a German fashion blogger, style influencer, and entrepreneur walked at the 77th annual Cannes Film Festival red carpet in a Milla Nova custom-made couture gown.

Milla Nova is a Ukrainian bridal brand with a global presence that collaborated with Leoni on several occasions. This year, the brand hand-crafted a customized couture gown in pure white for Leonie Hanne to walk the 2024 Cannes Film Festival red carpet.  

The gown is designed to turn heads. It boasts a striking back accent due to a plunging, sexy open back. The pièce de résistance is the removable, voluminous bow, crafted from 20 meters of organza. Delicate spaghetti straps highlight the collarbone, while the square neckline subtly frames the décolletage. The bodycon silhouette contours to the figure and hand-draped detailing flatteringly accentuates curves in the right places. 

The creation of this design spanned an entire month, involving the efforts of 30 team members. It required dozens of online meetings and numerous revisions to secure Leonie’s approval finally.
