CALYPSO: THE FIRST SEA-THEMED COLLECTION BY MILLA NOVA

Brides-to-be, buckle up and meet our newest collection! It has gathered 20 years of handmade craftsmanship, all-time-favorite styles, and some signatures together with a pioneering vision, brand-new striking designs, and details.

Calypso is a part of the White & Lace line, that by its name, is an ode to the lace — in all manifestations, all types, and possible combinations, and to white color: pure, sacred, and symbolic — like a new beginning, a new life. 

The collection includes 70 unique gowns that are connected by the sense of a contemporary blueprint and effortless timeless chic. Featuring exquisite appliques and lush ornaments, dreamlike silhouettes and atypical necklines, daring slits and glamorous cutouts, luxurious fabrics, and detachable elements. 

Alongside recognizable signatures of the White & Lace line, the Calypso collection brings in new sea-themed energy. Shell cup corsets, starfish lace applique, sequined mermaid tail scales, frothy layers of cascading tulle as an embodiment of the sea foam, lots of glitter symbolizing sun reflections on the sea, and other elements of the sea represented in gown detailing. 

The campaign was shot in Greece, on Milos island to catch the force of the sea breeze, the energy of waves, and the mystery of cliffs to highlight all those unique details featured in the design of the gowns.
