What was the main idea of your wedding?

The main idea behind our wedding was to create a truly beautiful and memorable day, not just for us, but especially for our closest friends and family. We wanted it to feel special for everyone who has played an important role in our lives. It was very important to us that our guests felt welcomed, celebrated, and part of something meaningful.

From the start, our goal was to make it feel personal and meaningful with a stunning view, the people we love most around us, and details that reflected who we are. It was the kind of day we had imagined for a long time: full of love, laughter, and memories we will all carry with us forever.

Describe your wedding atmosphere in three words.

Our wedding atmosphere was emotional; we cried tears of happiness, laughed together, danced all night, and created a joyful, unforgettable celebration.

Please tell us a little bit about your location for the wedding. Why did you and your husband choose it?

As a bride, I always dreamed of a wedding with a beautiful view, and I honestly couldn’t imagine a better place than Lake Como. Villa Geno had everything we were looking for — the most amazing lake view, a gorgeous building, and such kind, helpful staff. The whole atmosphere felt so romantic and special; it was exactly what we wanted for our day.

What was the most memorable moment of your wedding day?

Despite the fact that every second of our wedding was unforgettable, our favorite moment was when we exchanged our vows. It was truly the most emotional part of the day,  filled with tears, not only from us but also from our guests and family members. That moment was so powerful and full of love, it brought everyone even closer together and made the day feel incredibly special.

Were there any unexpected challenges or surprises in the planning process or the wedding itself? How did you overcome them?

There were definitely a few unexpected challenges and even some mistakes along the way. For example, right after the ceremony, there was heavy rain, and we had to adjust and change many things because of it. But honestly, those challenges ended up making the day feel even more personal and unique to us. Instead of ruining anything, they added to the story of our wedding. I was also surrounded by amazing people who supported me and helped make quick changes, which turned what could have been stress into something truly memorable.

What made your wedding special?

Even though we had a wedding at Lake Como with a beautiful view, amazing food, and stunning decorations, what truly made it special were our guests — our family and friends. They shared our love story, laughed with us, and even shed tears of joy.

The heartfelt speeches from them brought us to tears multiple times, and the surprise dance from our friends to “Mamma Mia” was unforgettable. These were moments that couldn’t be bought, no matter how much you spend. Seeing how much effort they put into making our day so memorable and how genuinely happy they were for us made me feel like the happiest person in the world.
