Wedding story of KLAUDIA & DAIJI

Wedding story of KLAUDIA & DAIJI

November 20, 2025

Klaudia and Daiji celebrated their love in the picturesque courtyard of Hotel Verte in Warsaw. Planning their entire wedding in just a few months, the couple crafted an intimate celebration filled with authenticity, warm emotions, and personal touches. Uncover their journey, the memories they cherish most, and the meaningful insights our bride shares with brides-to-be.

What was the main idea of your wedding?

The main idea of our wedding was to celebrate our love with our closest family and friends, the people we truly share our everyday life with.

We wanted the celebration to be intimate, warm, and full of genuine closeness – a space where everyone could feel comfortable and part of our story.

We also wanted the day to be elegant but authentic, without unnecessary formality – filled with real emotions, laughter, and plenty of dancing outdoors.

Please tell us a little bit about your location for the wedding. Why did you and your husband choose it?

Our wedding took place outdoors, in the courtyard of Hotel Verte in Warsaw. The hotel appeared in an Instagram ad just after our engagement – it felt like a sign, and we immediately knew this was where we wanted to get married! We were so captivated by the venue that we didn’t even look at any other options.

We loved the unique character of the hotel – a combination of historic architecture and modern design, which created an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere. The courtyard allowed us to have the outdoor wedding we had always dreamed of, right in the heart of Warsaw, next to the Old Town.

The atmosphere was truly special – soft lighting, natural colors, and a space that allowed everyone to feel comfortable and connected. It was such a wonderful time, and we really felt like we were in a movie.

Were there any unexpected challenges or surprises in the planning process or the wedding itself? How did you overcome them?

The biggest challenge in planning our wedding was organizing the entire event in just a few months. We made the spontaneous decision to get married at the beginning of the year, and by July, we were already husband and wife, so those months were really intense. On top of that, there was, of course, the weather to consider, since everything was taking place outdoors and the forecasts were unpredictable. We were really lucky – although there was a heavy rainstorm over Warsaw that day, not a single drop fell on our courtyard. Besides that, we tried not to stress on the wedding day itself and adopted the mindset that we had done everything we could, so the rest was up to fate. This approach allowed us to fully enjoy our special day and focus on what truly mattered – our love and the closeness of our family and friends.

Five tips for brides-to-be.

  1. Wrap up all the planning a week before the wedding

Give yourself time to breathe and enjoy the excitement. This is the moment to truly feel the magic of what’s coming – not to stress over the little details.

  1. Make it truly yours

It’s your day – as a couple. Don’t try to meet everyone else’s expectations. Choose what feels right for both of you, what brings you joy, and what reflects your shared style and story.

  1. Let go of perfection and enjoy every moment

I know it’s easier said than done, but the most important thing is that everyone has a great time. Not everything has to be perfect – small imperfections don’t matter when there’s so much love, joy, and celebration around.

  1. Take care of yourself and rest

The day before the wedding, allow yourself to relax – get a good night’s sleep, do a little home spa, a face mask, or a calming bath. It’s the simplest way to feel good in your own skin and step into the wedding day feeling rested, calm, and full of positive energy.

  1. Have the time of your life

This day will never happen again, so live it fully. Laugh, dance, and soak in every moment surrounded by the people you love – those are the memories that will stay with you forever.

Describe your wedding atmosphere in three words.

Like a dream!

What made your wedding special?

People – absolutely! And our beloved dog, who was there with us during the ceremony.

We will be happy to hear about your experience with Milla Nova. Where and under what circumstances did you find the dress? Was it love at first sight? Tell us everything!

Milla Nova was the first bridal salon that came to my mind – and the only one I visited. I’m incredibly grateful that the team went above and beyond to create my gown in a shorter time frame; otherwise, I wouldn’t have made it for our wedding!

The whole experience of choosing my gown and attending fittings was truly special – exactly how I had imagined it. A beautiful salon, me trying on different styles, and my bridesmaids sitting on the couch with a glass of prosecco, ready to give their honest opinions. It honestly felt like a scene from a movie. I could instantly tell which dresses felt right – and even after trying different styles, I knew deep down that a classic, timeless gown was the one for me.

I’m not sure I can call it love at first sight – I actually didn’t even notice the gown during my first fitting! I initially chose another one, but a few days later, I came back asking if I could make an exchange. Luckily, it worked out perfectly! I’m so thankful for the kindness and flexibility of the Milla Nova team –and for the wonderful stylist, Anastasi, who made the whole process fun, easy, and completely stress-free.

Which dress did you choose? How did you understand it was that one?

I chose the Ignasia gown – a classic, sleek, and timeless design with a beautifully draped 3D neckline and delicate lace on the back that added a special touch.
It had a long train that elegantly trailed behind me during the ceremony, and later, thanks to hidden ribbons, I could easily pin it up and dance for hours. These little details made me feel not only elegant but also comfortable and confident throughout the whole day.

How did I know it was the one? The moment I put it on, I just knew. Looking in the mirror, I felt certain this was the gown I wanted to wear on my wedding day. Even months later, I still wouldn’t choose any other.
