WE ARE HIRING: Paid Acquisition Lead (Meta + Google)

We are looking for a Paid Acquisition Lead for a premium fashion/bridal brand where aesthetics are an essential part of the product.

Your focus: driving growth without "cheapening" the brand. We need someone who thrives on creative hypotheses, agency/contractor quality control, and data-driven scaling. You will be managing two main funnels: e-commerce purchases and fitting appointments.

Key KPIs:

• ROAS

• CAC

• Qualified leads (quality & relevance)

What You’ll Do:

• Strategy & Growth: Build and scale paid strategies for online sales and fitting appointments (focusing on scaling + testing).

• Agency Management: Lead our Meta/Google agency and contractors—set tasks, oversee deadlines, and act as the "quality gate" for campaign logic, reporting, and next steps.

• Creative Testing: Collaborate with the creative team to build a robust A/B testing system (angles, hooks, audiences) while maintaining our premium brand aesthetic.

• Localization: Adapt creatives for US, European, and Middle Eastern markets.

• Analytics & Data: Drive marketing analytics, optimizing for long sales cycles (months-long funnels).

• AI Integration: Leverage AI for generating angles, speeding up the testing cycle, and scaling efficiently.

Must-Haves:

• 5+ years in performance / paid acquisition (Meta-first) + strong Google Ads expertise.

• Proven experience managing agencies/contractors and taking ownership of results.

• A systematic, data-driven approach to creative testing (no guessing, just data).

• Background in premium fashion, beauty, luxury, or niches where brand aesthetics are critical.

• Strong business-level KPI management (ROAS/CAC, forecasting).

• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with long-conversion funnels.

• Expertise in localizing campaigns across different cultures.

• Knowledge of GA4, dashboards, and CAPI.

📍 Location: Lviv is preferred, but other locations are open for discussion!
