Head of Retail (Fashion)

Currently, we are looking for a Head of Retail (Fashion) to join our team!

📍 Location: Lviv (with international business trips).

Key Responsibilities:

• Full strategic and operational control of 3 boutiques across different countries;

• Building and implementing high-quality customer service standards in our brand salons (NPS);

• Assortment management: adapting collections for specific markets, inventory control, and restocking planning;

• Team management: recruitment, onboarding, training, development, and KPI monitoring;

• Standard control: customer service, visual merchandising, creating and maintaining brand guidelines;

• Financial management: meeting sales targets, cost optimization, and full P&L responsibility for the boutiques;

• Analytics and reporting: tracking fitting reservations, creating and analyzing sales dashboards;

• Implementing full-cycle expansion business processes, from planning to the launch of new salons in Ukraine and abroad;

• Close collaboration with the head office and local stylists.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of managerial experience in fashion retail;

• 2+ years of experience managing a group of stores/salons/boutiques;

• Practical experience with commercial and financial models in fashion retail;

• Experience managing and interacting with teams across different locations and countries;

• Exceptional taste, an aesthetic approach to work, excellent manners, a customer-centric mindset, analytical thinking, and a strong focus on results;

• English level: Upper-Intermediate or higher (knowledge of Polish is a strong plus);

• Readiness for business trips.
