When will I receive my order?
1. You will receive an order confirmation email that will include an estimated shipment date:
– DHL Express: 30 business days based on the date when the order was produced
– FREE shipping: 6-12 weeks based on the date when the order was produced
2. Once the order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email, SMS & WhatsApp confirmation to your phone number provided during the checkout
Once your order has shipped, we estimate delivery within 5-12 business days of its ship date. If you need your item(s) sooner, please choose an expedited shipping option at checkout if available, which is only available within the U.S., and select international destinations. Any additional shipping costs and duties and taxes paid are non-refundable. However, you may be able to recover duty and tax by contacting your local customs bureau directly.
Orders are processed and shipped Monday-Friday only. No orders are processed or shipped on the weekends or U.S. holidays, and we do not offer Saturday delivery for expedited shipping options.
Duties and Taxes
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) or Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU), this amount will be shown and paid at checkout. We recommend pre-paying the duties to ensure your package arrives on time. All duties fees are determined and regulated by local customs authorities. Please check your local customs website for more information.
If for any reason your package has been refused at customs, we are unable to refund you the original shipping costs and/or any taxes and duties incurred.
